In Poland, our main office is located in the central of the country, the city of Lodz, from where, together with a highly qualified team from Gdansk, Wroclaw and Warsaw, we develop complex investments with a total capacity of 1GW.
Attorney (m/f/d) at Law RES
Your passion
- Provide support and legal advice to team members on administrative and legal issues, including drafting and negotiating contracts, in all administrative proceedings (obtaining administrative decisions and filing appeals)
- Analyzing, drafting, accepting and reviewing various agreements and current documents from a legal perspective (e.g. contracts for work, leases, easements, sales, cooperation agreements, confidentiality agreements, loan agreements), as well as reviewing transaction agreements specific to the RES industry
- Support in Due Diligence process
- Support in legal issues related to construction preparation and implementation
- Establishment and maintenance of relations with parties to investment processes
- Representation before the URE in obtaining licenses for energy production
- Analysis and verification of documents in compliance with the provisions of Polish law
- Monitoring of changes in legal regulations related to RES
- Participation in periodic coordination meetings
- Active team cooperation
Your qualification
- Master Degree in law
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Communicativeness and ability to work in a team;
- Very good knowledge of RES law, energy law, construction law, environmental law, civil code, administrative law, commercial law
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Excellent use of legal information systems and Microsoft Office
- Accuracy and attention to the quality of work performed
- Willingness to travel on business - active driving license cat B;
