Director de proyectos de hidrógeno (m/f/d)

En nuestro equipo dinámico, diverso y altamente motivado, trabajamos en el siguiente paso de la transición energética para hacer realidad la economía del hidrógeno. En nuestro mercado español estamos implantando esta nueva actividad empresarial y trabajamos en el desarrollo de nuestros primeros proyectos.


Tus funciones

  • Tramitar proyectos de hidrógeno por la geografía española
  • Preparar cálculos y simulaciones para el dimensionamiento de las plantas de hidrógeno
  • Análisis territoriales para la identificación de futuros proyectos de hidrógeno
  • Adquisición de derechos y licencias de agua para los proyectos
  • Interlocución con ayuntamientos locales y otras administraciones para la obtención de los permisos, licencias y autorizaciones de los proyectos
  • Liderar gestiones administrativas y negociaciones, así como participar en las labores técnicas relacionadas con dichos proyectos
  • Coordinación adquisición de terrenos
  • Integración del desarrollo de las energías renovables en el proyecto en cooperación con el equipo local
  • Trabajar conjuntamente con los equipos locales y basado en la sede en Alemania


Tu perfil

  • Tienes una titulación de Ingeniero superior y/o Master en los sectores de hidrógeno, gas natural o energías renovables
  • Posees al menos tres años de experiencia en puestos similares
  • Eres una persona estructurada, resolutoria, orientada a buscar soluciones y acuerdos
  • Tienes experiencia en negociaciones
  • Tienes experiencia en el trabajo con herramientas de MS Office y GIS
  • No tienes restricciones para realizar viajes con frecuencia a nivel nacional para el desarrollo del proyecto, y esporádicamente a nivel internacional. 
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, con las diferentes áreas de la compañía
  • Tu nivel de inglés es fluido
  • Se valorará el uso a nivel usuario de AutoCAD

Personal meetings and exchange strengthen our project work and cohesion, but mobile working has also proven its worth. We generally offer a mix of presential work and mobile work from home, from abroad or in one of our decentralised office hubs.
