Site Manager (m/f/d) Solar - Electric
Project Managers in our Solar Construction and Project Management Department provide technical support to our development colleagues already at a very early stage of the projects. Therefore we know our projects from the very beginning and can develop and ensure the best possible concept. Our Site Manager support the Project Manager as early as the preparation for construction phase starts. During construction phase, our Site Managers mange the entire construction site and ensure highest quality and H&S standards and proudly hand over our PV plants after completion to investors and O&M colleagues.
Your passion
- Coordinate and supervise construction of solar farms in various countries with focus on electrical installations
- Ensure implementation of adequate Health & Safety, Environmental and Security measures on site
- Responsible for the timely execution of time schedules
- Control compliance of the work performed by subcontractors
- Implement quality control measures on site, and support electrical commissioning
- Report and provide feedback in relation to actual situation on site and lessons learned
- Support As-built design package
- Coordinate the acceptance and handover to the Investor and O&M Team
Your qualification
- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or similar
- Experience in electrical works for solar farms including communication systems
- Experience with medium voltage stations and being an authorised person for medium voltage switching is a plus
- Keen and proven interest in renewable energy
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Proactive and methodical approach to working
- Willingness to travel
